Window Cleaning
Internal and external window cleaning for all glass to include storm doors, French windows, and more.
Service can also include deep cleaning of frames, tracks, sills, and screens on both the exterior and interior of the property.
Typically American homes are covered in vinyl siding. Oftentimes this vinyl material accumulates a lot of dirt and (especially) mold. The mold accumulation here in Virginia, as you know, is particularly bad given our humid climate.
To say that distinctive green mold on the side of your house, visible from the street, is a massive eyesore would represent a mild understatement. My service includes a full cleaning of the vinyl boards utilizing organic, non-toxic cleaning chemicals (NEVER bleach or sodium-hypo) to remove this mold and prevent it coming back for a reasonable period of time.
As an addon service I am able to clean gutters and remove all obstructions/debris. I also pressure wash small outdoor items like furniture, sheds, retaining walls, patios and porches (even your bins).
I also wash screens and perform mesh repairs, too.
However, these service(s) are offered on a case-by-case basis (I typically specialize in smaller homes and properties) and they have to be scheduled alongside my primary service offering (Window Cleaning). Again, I use non-toxic chemicals to clean these area’s – never bleach or pool bleach (sodium-hypochlorite).
